I have had this glitch forever, and i'm TIRED of it!!
See for yourself:
I have no CLUE what it is, but it happens after I close out a world, then go into a second world/server. PLEASE HELP!!
It also happens when I turn my render distance up above 9
Y+These snaps where taken with mods, but it happens with no mods! I swear!!!
