I have a Survival world, and my computer stopped working. I shut everything down and I let it rest for a bit. And when it started working again I started up minecraft again and My survival was not There! I looked in the .minecraft folder and the files where still there... I then went to the internet to help me. everything I found confused me on how to restore it and I didn't understand it. I heard that there are some people on here that can help Restore it.
If your computer just crashed and had to be rebooted without closing the game properly the world open may'very been corrupted hence why it's not on the list.
There is thread on the forum for corrupt world recovery

No, I closed minecraft properly, like I clicked the red X button and it closed and everything, it just wasn't there when I opened up minecraft.
Where about is that thread? I tried to find it but yielded to no avail, so I came to Minecraft support.

Can someone help me please?
