First, I launched Minecraft and tried to sign in and it said invalid password and all that stuff. I have never changed my password and my account has never been hacked into by another person (Never got any emails about a password change.) or anything like that. When I go onto the main website, I went to the part of the support page for password recovery. I typed in my email and it said it would send me and email. It never actually did. By now, I have done this process several times and even waited several days without ever getting an email from Mojang. Their support page about not receiving any emails made no sense because it pretty much says either it's in your spam folder or your email isn't verified. I have already checked my spam folder multiple times and my email was verified like 3 years ago when I made an account. YES, I HAVE TRIED "VERIFYING MY EMAIL AGAIN OR CHECKING IF MY ACCOUNT EMAIL WAS CHANGED. My account email was never changed because it says an account is linked to my email when I type it in. So pretty much, their whole page on not getting emails would never help anyone. How would I even get a verification email if I'm not getting emails from them in the first place???
I sent like 3 support emails to Mojang and they all really just replied with, "Did you spell your email wrong?" My answer: No. Then they go through all the things that I said above. The End.
So since Mojang doesn't have any idea how to fix this I have finally come here. I'm hoping that you can help me.
