Every time I join a server, I can play for about 1-30 minutes before crashing and this appears
Internal Exception; java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
I've tried to play on both Mineplex servers, Hypixel, Dungeon Realms, and Lemon Cloud.
I've tried disabling my Windows Firewall, uninstalling Minecraft, uninstalling Java and reinstalling the new version. I really have no idea how to fix this.
I'm not tech savvy, so can you water the info down? Thanks.

P.S. This happens on 1.9.4 and 1.8.9
What operating system are you using? This used to happen to me before I updated to Windows 10 (I had windows 7)
If you do update to Windows 10, make sure your PC is compatible first.
