I changed my password after learning that someone else is using my minecraft account, but after changing my password I have found that the other person still has access to my account. I checked official mojang support website and there was nothing about this.

Curse PremiumIt could be they have access to they email associated with that account so when you reset your password, they were aware of it too.
Try changing your email password and/or change the address associated with the account. And if that doesn't work,
