Ever since the newer updates: 1.9,1.10 snapshots, Iv'e been having quite a bit of issues with minecraft, When i allocate anything more than 1gb ram it crashes whenver i load a world,And since the newer versions the game started to become quite laggier. Which is why i tried to allocate more ram.
all i know is that javas ram management is... lets say it needs improvement. however, there's not much we can do here without more information. start with a crashlog an pc specs.
It usually doesn't even give me an crash log java just stops working when i enter a world! but superflat worlds seem the weird thing is if i play it on a superflat in a small window and change it to a big window the game crashes as well!

Also the read before posting thing did not help me my drivers are up to date im pretty sure
Updating drivers is just a first step. Even the most up-to-date Intel drivers are buggy and there are certain features in them that just do not work.
You have to try changing your graphics settings as indicated in the FAQ to work around known Intel issues.
Post this file: # C:\Users\Yonikes\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid8884.log
and the entire saved output from dxdiag (not screenshots).
This may not fix your problem, but turn VBOs on and try it with VSync on and off. When I have vsync off my game seems less laggy.
These may not fix your problem though.
