As a last resort, make a fresh server with this version of forge in a new folder. Then install only the latest version of pixelmon with the default config.
Install MultiMC and make a fresh instance with the same version of forge as before (1722) and again only install pixelmon v4.2.5 with default configs.
Now if it doesn't work then I'm straight outta ideas.

I think you might be trying to join a pixelmon server with a vanilla client. Are you sure you installed it correctly?
Yes i did, it worked perfect yesterday then it just stopped

You have the incorrect version of minecraft forge. Pixelmon version 4.2.5 requires forge build 1722 (recommended version on the right).

Did you update both client and server to the correct build?
If you did try removing the mods you have installed other than pixelmon and see if it works then.
Nope, still getting the same error :/
As a last resort, make a fresh server with this version of forge in a new folder. Then install only the latest version of pixelmon with the default config.
Install MultiMC and make a fresh instance with the same version of forge as before (1722) and again only install pixelmon v4.2.5 with default configs.
Now if it doesn't work then I'm straight outta ideas.
