A while back I made a post concerning this problem but it wasn't looked upon so I decided to fix it myself. After a while I never fixed it and just stopped playing minecraft because I thought it was due to my gpu, which it wasn't. After I got a gtx 960 I thought I might as well try see if minecraft works now and it wasnt as severe as how it was previous to my gpu. I show an example of the video. When I had my old gt 710 I at one point played perfectly fine until the "Java TM platform se binary" occurred which was different because my minecraft was fine for ages. After I fixed that (not remembering how since it was ages ago) I came back onto minecraft to find I only got 50-60 fps with tiny little lag spikes everytime I turned my mouse to the previous 200 fps I used to run on without spikes. Now my gtx 960 would go from 700-800 fps with spikes every couple seconds and I have no idea what the problem is.
I discovered that the problem is the memory. Which is also the reason why I never get these spikes during multiplayer but only on singleplayer. I was analyzing it and whenever the memory reached 243/243 it would spike. It's just my only problem is now that I've allocated 1GB more ram it reduced to 230 memory
