Open up your run dialog (win+R), type "%appdata%" without the quotes. Go into the "Roaming" folder, then ".minecraft".
Now go into the "crash-reports" folder and upload the contents of the most recent crash log to paste bin or something similar.
This way we can see what's going on more clearly.

Every time I open MC it works fine until I open a world or log on to a server it suddenly crashes! I don't know what to do and I ha ve tried everything it says on the internet..
