Hello, so I've been looking around on here for a bit for an answer to my problem but none of the solutions I've seen work. The problem I have is that I can't use my WASD buttons and my clickpad at the same time. Technically I can, but I can only look around for like 1 second until I'm stuck looking in the direction that I swiped to a second ago. I can't continuously look around, which makes it really hard to play. At the moment, I'm using a PC to (try to) play Minecraft, but for the past two years I was using MacBook Pro. On the Macbook, I also used the trackpad and everything worked just fine for me, but I can't figure out how to make it work on my new laptop. Please can someone help me figure out how to fix this issue?
Also, please don't tell me to buy an external mouse. I was totally comfortable using the trackpad on a MacBook and I just want to figure out if I can also use it on a PC laptop.
That's a common "feature" of laptop trackpads. In normal text entry (typing a word doc), it's actually helpful so that you don't accidentally click stuff with your palm while typing, but it's a pain while gaming.
You can turn it off from within your mouse drivers. They're most likely synaptic drivers (search it in windows), or if you don't have any drivers, look them up for your laptop and install them.
