it just doesn't load up the mods. plus with just a normal version from launcher settings the mods tab doesn't show up at the main menu

majestyc2k1 asked for MC version rather than launcher version, but your videos clearly show the MC version, so it's okay.

In the videos and your third image attachment it looks like you extracted the mod as a folder, which is not appropriate. Leave it as a .jar file in the mods folder. (I also recommend going into folder options and turning off "hide extensions for known file types", though that's not actually required to make the mod work)

Also, the overview (and the installation video) for SoggyMustache's Transportation Mod says it requires MoonsCore. Unfortunately, at the moment the link for that mod just takes me to a blank page.

hey mauve. after an hour of chrome crashing and uploading. i have a video. i got 2 mods, one was a jar and 1 was a zip. they both didn't exactly work.

Where did you find those mods? The closest I find to the "disease" mod is one called DiseaseCraft, but the filename is different.

Looking for ModCraft, I find a 5-year old utility for installing mods (with a now-broken download link), which is not itself a mod, and certainly would not be expected to work with Minecraft 1.9: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-tools/1261346-wip-modcraft-minecraft-mod-installer A little further searching finds an updated version for 1.9: http://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/modcraft-v01---minecraft-automatic-mod-installer/ However, that's still a utility rather than a mod.

Heres my installation process

This time you're mixing mods for different versions of Minecraft, which won't work - you downloaded ArmorPlus for Minecraft 1.9, but the mod already in the folder was SpecialMobs for Minecraft 1.7.10.

UPDATE::: i got the armor plus to work. ill check it out now and if you guys reply i'll tell you about it.

alright i got most mods to work. theres still some things like if i put zip. files in the mod folder i can't use it. obviously i need only .jars
