So I made a modpack that's less intensive then resonant rise only 112 mods hoping that my friends could play, but once i got past all the bugs the frame rate was horrible. I had 18 fps and I get 40+ on resonant rise which has 250+ mods. I tried Optifine and Fastcraft and neither barley helped. How do big modpack creators make there big modpacks less laggy can anyone help please?

I don't know about making modpacks but maybe some modpack creator they optimize the mods by deleting some useless or out of theme parts. Also it depends on every mod how big or resource intensive is.
