I am experiencing an issue that I first experienced a few years ago. When playing minecraft, the screen will suddenly go black, make an error noise, the monitor goes to sleep as if there is no connection, but the sound will continue to work (including skype). I have to hard reset my PC to get out of this. It used to happen every so often and I just dealt with it back in the day.
I recently picked up minecraft again and am receiving this same issue but more frequently. When checking the Event Viewer, it shows a TDR Open GL Error. I've done tons of research and have found and tried a lot of different suggestions such as:
Lowering Chunk Size Rendering to 6
Setting TdrDelay in the Registry to 10
Setting the performance to Prefer Maximum Performance (instead of Adaptive) in the Nvidia Control Panel
Closing browsers while playing and turning off HW Acceleration in Chrome (though I play via the application so I don't see why that would be affected)
Updating to the latest drivers
Reinstalling Minecraft & Drivers
It's worth noting that this is not the same exact card as the one I had before as that one was RMA'd at one point. So I've experienced the issues across 2 cards of the same model. My PC has no issues running other games, this is a Minecraft specific issue.
My PC specs:
Intel i7 2600K
Nvidia 570GTX
8GB DDR3
1TB 7200RPM HDD
Windows 7
I also have run GPUZ in the background to log temps and they're logging at a normal 53-54 right before the crash, when the crash happens every logged stat in the GPUZ log drops to 0.
Does anyone have any fixes? I currently cannot continue trying to play minecraft with it crashing every 2-10 minutes.
Yeah I'll try to film it, though it's not the easiest to predict. It doesn't seem too weird as I've seen other posts on this forum about it but no one has ever seemed to find a solution that sticks.

Crash logs from what exactly? Minecraft?
That's the weird issue. Can you videotape the issue you had as an evidence?
