In the newest version of forge for 1.7.10, i downloaded the instaler, selected the option to install client, but when i started my Minecraft, the game just not open. I checked the files in the version folder, and compared with the version used, when i stopped to download new versions because i don't needed one. This version is 10.13.2.1340. Looking the two folders, i noticed that one version have a json and a jar file, but the newest don't have. How to fix this?

Try reinstalling it. Also, if you have changed the file directory of your .minecraft folder, you have to locate it then put in the directory.

I searched for the fml logs, but them only show the log from the version running correctly.
After trying reinstalling the forge, i noticed this message in the installer:
Forge produces a log no matter what happens. Like I said, go to your .minecraft folder and go to logs. Grab the latest fml log and paste the contents of it here.

fml logs?
What is this? Pardon by my unknowledge.
Forge produces fml_logs every time it runs. Get the fml_latest_log file from the logs folder and paste the contents of it here.(in a spoiler)
