I started a single player world, and I wanted to record for my youtube channel, but int he distance everything was just blurring and ugly. I only have 17 mods downloaded, and this is a new problem. Last time I had mods it wasn't like this. I am using RudoPlays shaders in this picture but even without the shaders it is still blurry. Could someone help
You can turn up mipmaps but it will eat more fps. If affects distant terrain.
On closer look, something is wrong with one of your settings. You've got weird lines in that water. It might be something like anisotropic filtering, mipmaps or antialiasing. Try toggling them one at time.

Curse Premiumeither too low render distance or you pc can't handle that much world loading.
if you have optifine installed, try to set "chunk loading" to "multicore"
