I know how to access save files that are backed up on Dropbox - like through Symbolic shortcuts; and I know how to play Minecraft portably through a USB.
But is there a way to combine these? To have my portable installation of Minecraft access my Dropbox saves?
I tried just adding a symbolic shortcut on my USB with the dropbox files as the target, but I kept getting an error saying that the drive does not support symbolic shortcuts. So I guess they don't work on USBs?
