Minecraft was working flawlessly on previous versions of Minecraft and if I go back to previous versions those versions still work
When I open 1.9+ versions of the game the FPS in the menu is 1-3 in Single player it hits 1 FPS every 1 second and then goes to regular 60 FPS.
The Microsoft Surface uses CUSTOM drivers. I don't know why but it does and Microsoft handles those drivers not Intel. I currently have the most up to date drivers for my Surface that Microsoft offers.

That is the info and its the ONLY driver I can get on this machine.
However Minecraft does NOT work on this driver and when listed as a bug on Mojangs Jira they tell me to update my drivers because those drivers are not supported by Minecraft. BUT this is the ONLY driver I can get so WHAT do I do?
I don't have a Gforce graphics card I have a integrated Intel graphics card.
Unfortunately, I have no other choice but to tell you to buy another laptop for Minecraft having the GPU (NVIDIA/AMD). Or I have to ask you to do the ff:
Okay did no one actually READ my problem? The problem is minecraft WORKED 100% WORKED without ANY problems at 60 FPS no problem. IF I go and put Minecraft BACK to older versions it STILL works BUT when I upgrade to a 1.9 or higher patch it hits FPS that makes the game UNPLAYABLE the MENU even lags.
When I REPORT the BUG that this is to Mojang on their Jira they say the problem is my DRIVERS are out of date and that the divers I am using are UNSUPPORTED/BROKEN. The same drivers that USE TO WORK.
This is a Microsoft Surface 3 its not even 1 year old yet. Its practically a NEW system. Its the ONLY system that FITS my needs as I TRAVEL a lot and its SMALL.
Now back to the drivers. I am running the LATEST drivers AVAILABLE for the Microsoft Surface 3. They are CUSTOM drivers for Touchscreen Windows 10 devices. That means EVERY Windows device with a touch screen DOES NOT WORK WITH MINECRAFT. This is a problem of MOJANG DROPPING SUPPORT to Windows 10 Touch Screen Devices and Older Drivers.
I should NOT have to buy a new laptop when I already have a NEW device. A device that was PERFECTLY handling Minecraft at 60 FPS.
I dont have a virus. There are NO settings on MINECRAFT that I can change. There is no Youtube Video on how to remove lag that I have not seen. I'm a computer programmer I know a computer inside and out. I know my computer doesn't need defraged as I defrag it EVERY week. I have LOTS of room available on my drive. The ONLY change was MINECRAFT UPDATED. My computer didn't change and it WORKED but then MINECRAFT changed and MINECRAFT didn't work. So HOW do I report this as a BUG that MOJANG will ACTUALLY listen to.
Done all of the above Destroyer and no I'm not MANY people are posting about it on the Jira and Mojang is telling people to just update their drivers. But not everybody can.
Well as you're the only one experienced this "bug" i don't know how to help with it, i just recommend playing with it and finding the answer by chance, you're playing 1.9.4 right?
Also try things like reinstalling minecraft, updating java, upgrading to java 8.
he already did the above and he said that it couldn't work. Looks like the graphics card is the issue, not the Java, CPU, Minecraft, etc.

So my computer did not change at all. But the game changed. So we know where the problem is 0.0 why are we telling me to fix MY end... how do I get Mojang to fix theirs...

Every time I make a bug report Mojang tells me to update my drives and says the problem is resolved then when i explain it more they tell me to come here and offer no support. They say my drivers are "broken" because for some reason they don't understand that touch screen devices have custom drivers.

Try lowering the settings:
-Render distance: 2 chunks (or tiny)
-Smooth lighting: Off
-Use VSync: Off
-Max Framerate: Unlimited
-Graphics: Fast
Done ALL of the above previously to no avail. Like I said it EVEN lags in the menu.

-Delete unnecessary files
-Defragment your hard drive
-Uninstall programs you don't need anymore

This video looks a bit old (using 1.6 or below) which make this almost unhelpful.

That's strange.
