I have been having a glitch in Minecraft ever since I got it. What happens is when I move around there is little white specs everywhere and they are really annoying for building. Anyone know how to fix this?

That is something called screen flash. Turn VSync on. It does kill your Frames BUT, stops the white flash effect.
