Hello! I'll spare the details, but here's the basics: I'm running a server, and I need to be able to reset The End from time to time due to the combination of newer players being unable to fight the Ender Dragon once all three portals are used up, and also a concern regarding the insane power of Enderman farms. The latter I'm slowly letting up on, considering that some of these other mob farms are plenty strong enough as is! (Like my golem-run mob farm that collects xp orbs in brain-in-a-jars (Thaumcraft mod stuff))
That said, my usual method is to just clean out the files within that world. This time, that isn't really a very good idea. Yah see, I'll lose all data regarding gamerule information. Since I can't just easily put that back, but would rather have to enter The End and change use the /gamerule commands each week with my reset of The End, that would get more than a little tedious. In any case, though, I'm wondering what changes, if any, might be able to work here. For example, if I delete the region files only, will that still reset the Enderdragon as well? That kind of thing. Or heck, I'm using a 1.7.10 Cauldron server, so I might be able to use some sort of mod or plugin, assuming no major compatibility issues.
Anyways, any help would be appreciated!
