Ever since i installed java 8 minecraft won't work, so i keep it 7 but i want to play whit some mods and some mods don't let me play if i have java 7. i try from 1.7 to 1.9 and none will work and i use those 3 updates frequently, here is the crash report when i launch minecraft whit java 8 update 91:

post a dxdiag log, it maybe just you are missing drivers for your GPU, without knowing the hardware/drivers in your computer no one should be jumping to conclusions
this threat has gotten so computeristic... i'll wait for my dad to go back from work to fix this....

i see the issue, your GPU is partially windows 10 supported, it worked with java 7 because of this partial support. when you updated java you broke the support you had.
Your GPU will work with windows 10 and minewcraft if you use java 1.8.0_25 or earlier, this java is the version the minecraft.msi from minecraft.net comes with, so try installing that minecraft launcher.
This is only a short term fix as when Mojang update the supplied java your will loose the windows 10 support.
Long term the fix is to return to windows 8.1 or earlier, install a dedicated graphics card, or only use older java and never update it
For what dedicated graphics card to buy i suggest you take the computer to a computer shop and they can advise you (which one you buy depends on many factors like power supply, case size, motherboard.... things we can't easily look at without being at the computer)
Staying on an old java isn't a good choice as you will be missing out on updates and security patches to java
Downgrading windows is easy if you updated to 10 in the last month, but after a month a full reinstall is the only way

Java update 45 works!!! but ftb wont open!!!! its stil linked to update 91, i cant even open it, i try changing it on propeties of the app and putting it to javaw.jar of update 45 and it doesnt work

Your GPU is not supported to Windows 10. Downgrade to Windows 7.
