so ill be playing on a server and talking to friends then minecraft randomly goes to the escape menu. i have tried to re install Minecraft but it dosent work this has been happening for about 2-3 months now and it keeps happening. it started when i got my new keyboard so i returned it and got a new one and about 1-2 weeks after getting the keyboard returned/replaced it is doing it again what do i do i need help with this I'm on mac and i can't workout whats wrong its not gunk under the key and I'm not sure what it could be so if you know whats wrong with my minecraft please reply
Get the gunk out from under your escape key so it stops sticking.

If it's a new keyboard, there shouldn't be any sticky keys. Unless you're spilling soda into it or something. Most likely causes I can think of off the top of my head:
Escape function has been mapped to another key and you don't know it. Check controls screen.
Windows is doing something weird, like sticky keys or something.
The keyboard has built in macros that do something weird.
Fat fingers hitting escape by accident and not realizing it. I've done this myself.
I think also the windows key and menu key will do weird things while in game.
