Every time I try to launch minecraft from my forge profile i get this game output:

It doesn't let me get into the game. I read somewhere it might be a conflicting mod problem, any help is appreciated, thanks.

UPDATE: It only happens when I have Optifine 1.9.2 HD U B2 in my mods folder with the other 2 mods that I have. Is there anyway to have them in there together without crashing?
