i have a shovel with efficiency 5, and when i break dirt, it breaks so fast, the dirt disappears, but i cant go through it. i have to place a block there, and it turns into dirt, then i break the new dirt with something slower. this is on a server, and it happens on a lot of servers, but i dont know if it will happen in single player. Halp!

This is possibly the out of memory Java that cause this issue.
