For some reason, often when I explore the world on servers, the world suddenly glitches out, blocks often only show 1 side, or are completely invisible, and often it looks like 2 biomes colliding. This happens even in chunks that had loaded normally previously. When entering the messed up chunks, major lag happens, and when I leave the server to reload MC, MC crashes completely. Anyone know why it's happening or how to fix?
