I am running windows 7, and it seems that I am having trouble with my Minecraft start up, I have tried everything said on the internet but nothing works. I am not sure what the problem is but I think it may be related to Java, this is the error I get when starting up the client:

This is not guaranteed, but if you have allocated more than 1 or 2 gigs of RAM to your Minecraft launcher, try lowering it to 1 or 2, it is said that anymore than 2 gigs of RAM allocated to the game can cause problems, crashes, etc. For some odd reason, Java does "not like" usernames of Minecraft Players that have characters like underscores, dashes, or other characters similar to these. So I recommend changing your username to something without these characters. Hope this helped!
