When I open Minecraft 1.7.2 on Windows XP It says: Old Graphics card detected. Configuration: Processor Intel Celeron on 3,46 GHz Ram 1 GB Graphics Card SAPPHIRE Radeon X1550 Series.
Your computer is very old unfortunately, meaning to say that Minecraft will not run there anymore due to your PC's ancient age.
It's old but it should run Minecraft on minimum settings with optifine installed (I had one with the same specs and it ran 1.8.9)
Have you tried re-installing the graphics driver? You can also try getting optifine for 1.7.2 and use that profile.
But i tried all versions of minecraft and it crashes 1.8 (I can't find and updated drivers and i also tried re-installing minecraft, graphics drivers and re-install my windows.
With just 1 GB of RAM in your system it is likely you are running out of memory; not within Minecraft but for your computer as a whole, since by default the launcher gives the game 1 GB... leaving nothing at all for anything else, including native memory used by the JVM and OpenGL. If the crash report says something like "OutOfMemoryError: Unable to create new native thread" then that is the culprit (insufficient Java memory is indicated by "Java heap space"). You may want to edit the JVM arguments (click on edit profile, near the bottom of the pop-up) and change "Xmx1G" to "Xmx512M". Even with that set I still see the Java process using up 1 GB or more in Task Manager (as a rule of thumb you want to allocate no more than half the available memory your computer has to account for overhead, this is even more true with graphically intensive mods such as shaders, but you aren't going to be able to use those).
Also, you may have better luck trying 1.6.4 or an even older version since they are less resource demanding (I have a better computer but 1.8 and especially 1.9 are unplayable to me; even 1.7 has a strange rendering issue with regular stuttering regardless of settings). Multiplayer may also run better depending on your internet connection since your computer doesn't have to run an internal server, although that will only help with server-side lag and memory usage (as little as 256 MB can be enough), not graphical issues.
Minecraft still uses OpenGL 1.3 as base, with all the extras available for OpenGL 2.1.
Mojang lists OpenGL 2.1 as the minimum requirement (3.1 for dedicated GPUs), and ideally at least OpenGL 3.3 (no integrated GPUs), which, along with the terrible performance I get in newer versions (I have OpenGL 2.1 and do not get a message about an outdated graphics card), makes me believe that the game (1.8-1.9) was written to use OpenGL 3.3+ and while it can run on older versions performance suffers since it has to emulate the newer OpenGL functions. This was also reflected in a major jump in system requirements for the GPU when they updated them a couple years back (my GPU went from one generation above the old recommended to two generations below the current minimum; such a huge change can only be explained by a major rewrite).

Post the actual full log. I think "old graphics card" is just a warning and is not relevant to whatever problem you are having.
(Eventually MC will use OpenGL features that are not available on your no longer supported card, but not quite yet).
you have a good idea i will try minecraft 1.7.2 with optifine.
But i tried all versions of minecraft and it crashes 1.8

The X1550 is ancient, it likely doesn't have the support necessary to run the latest and greatest MC.
Did 1.7.2 work or not?
With your PC specs like this, try lowering the settings and having OptiFine in it. But beware! It will take the CPU's reources due to its age.
1.7.2 didn't work
i tryed like that but when i open a world it crashes
Post the full crash log.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
