I came back online right after that and the village part of my map was completely destroyed. buildings were missing halves. some of the missing halves were on top of other buildings. basement tunnels collapsed and disappeared. omg it is horrible
is there any way to fix it? and if not... can someone help me fix it? lol
In the minecraft folder, under the <Profile Name> folder is the saves folder. It will have the <World Name> folder and a zip file. Unzip the zip file into the <World Name> folder to restore the last save.

"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
I see no zip file I found one from the day before it crashed in Minecraft somewhere else called log. It's a winrar file. I tried to run the Sourcecraft. Could this be useful? My steam ID is http://steam community.com/Id/kingofblades/
