So I bought Minecraft just today and downloaded, ran it and this is what I get, Minecraft.exe This application was able to start Error 0xc0000005.
I am on windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Graphics: Geforce GTX 750 Ti
CPU: AMD Phenom 8450 Triple Core
4G RAM
I have downloaded 64 bit java and that is what is selected in my system.
I have ran antivirus and malware, clean from both.
I have ran CCleaner and fixed/cleaned registry errors.
I have re downloaded minecraft as .msi, .exe, and .jar each produces the same failure.
I have re installed my windows, formatted it entirely and re installed and it still does not run.
This is the only program that produces that error. Any help would be appreciated.
Update: So re-did everything again. Now it will run ONCE. If I use the minecraft.exe it starts with nothing, so a new everything, it will work. After I exit out and try to start it again, I get the error 0xc0000005, again.
Please read help posts before posting. While searching for a fix I have discovered numerous posts of yours asking answered questions.

Did you install Java before installing Minecraft?
