Checked multiple times, this is a consistent crash. I use MultiMC 0.4.11-751 on Windows 10. I have not added anything to the .jar file manually, and the only mod that I have that does anything to the .jar is Forge itself. I did recently update my Java version to 1.8.0_91; this modpack did work before I updated Java.
this is weird. im not an expert in checksums, but i assume that a checksum of 1 means the file is empty or you dont have access to it. which fits to the fact that windows 10 normally doesn't keep your access to the MC folder while migrating. Have you tried installing from scratch?
Since I use MultiMC, would it be possible to just delete the .jar and let it redownload? Or will it just fail to launch due to the .jar being missing? Would be simpler than a full reinstall.
First I'll have to fix my computer, it's refusing to start correctly...fun times.
Well, back in I think 1.4.7, OptiFine was still a .jar mod, not a loader mod. I haven't done any .jar mods with this instance. I'm going to try straight up deleting the .jar when I get my computer back from the repair shop; I'll keep you guys posted.

I didn't migrate anything. This modpack has never lived anywhere other than where it's sitting right now.

Curse Premiumdunno much about multiMC, but if it fails, you would have to reinstall anyways, so you can give it a try
Good point.
