OK, so I got minecraft on my computer, for the first bit it was fine, but then something strange happened: Minecraft Multiplayer was working fine with almost no lag, but when I start up Singleplayer, it starts to either severely lag or freeze and sometimes I even have to restart my computer because of it. After about 5 minutes of even getting the game to pause, I would try and close it, but then it would not respond, and then a message would say:
"Java TM platform SE Binary is not responding: If you close the program, you might lose information." I usually click "Close Program", but then it goes straight to the launcher and says this:

And all that is only in Singleplayer. Can anyone help?

Get rid of the faithful32pack-4.zip
I had that resource pack on, thanks so much, man! How did you know?
If you have bad performance and you have a piggy resource pack, the first thing you do is get rid of it.
