EDIT: failed to launch is probably not a good term for this uwu;

whenever my partner tries to get onto their account, it only lets them play the demo. they have an old account that was imported into a mojang account (a long time ago) and they let me go onto their account to see what's going on (i looked up some old video from 2012 and it said that was how to fix it). i logged on using their email (by the way, can't use the username for some reason?), and i got the same result. went to their mojang account to see if i could find out more information. apparently, the game wasn't imported?

i have played with them on the full version before months ago just fine, so why can they only play the demo now? heres some more screenshots:

is there no way to get the account back without paying for minecraft again? i'm fairly certain that we lost the transfer ID so.... help?

You'd need to contact Mojang support about this, we can't do anything about lost/broken account short of suggest that.

You could possibly provide the rough date of purchase, password reset questions, or something like that. Depends on what Mojang will take.

First, though, try to log in with your email and password, and try to re-migrate your account.
