I recently purchased a new Minecraft premium account and started playing the game again. Everything with 1.9 runs smoothly on my computer, but in singleplayer/multiplayer whenever I save and quit and reopen the world, I have really bad texture issues. Looking at the ground causes the texture of every block to randomly change back and forth between empty space to other random textures. I have messed with my video settings in game and nothing seems to help. If anyone could offer advice on how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
As you can see in the screenshot, there are some pretty noticeable texture issues. I wish I had a way to record it so you could see what's really happening-oh well.
Well, I removed minecraft from my pc with the setup wizard and I reinstalled it using the old minecraft.exe, and I'm still getting the texture issues. The only thing I can think of is updating my computer to windows 10... It might run Minecraft more smoothly.
