okey, its easy, go to forge 1.7.10 and search for the version 10.13.4.1566 then install it and done! launch it whit the new forge installed and it should work

Okay so I have been trying to get Biomes o plenty to work for so long and it just dosn't want to work. And it will do 1 of 2 things.
-be loading up the mods on the Mojang screen and just stop responding or crash
- It will -Or it will just go to a screen and say: Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your Minecraft installation
The mods and versions listed below could not be found
Forge : minimum version required is 10.13.4.1566 The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information
