I'm having a lot of problems with Minecraft, I'm going to change pc for other reasons but these things that are happening are really strange.
1) Language settings, i'll bring a photo who tells everything
2) Sounds don't work at all, every option in-game is at 100% and doing F3 + S it doesn't says nothing in chat (like other F3 commands with mc 1.9.X) and it doesn't do anything; I don't know what is the new path for sound folder but I didn't find it.
3) Custom Skins: I can't see at all the custom skins: I see everybody with steve or alex skin also when I'm online (always) with my account, I tried lots of method but nothing worked, I must only wait for a really slow loading of skin by skin that can last a lot of days, but I think it can be because my connection isn't fine in this period; but for other things it works, and this is strange!
Please help me!
P.S. I'm italian and I don't speak english very well, i also wrote hurry so I probably wrong something, sorry :S
Is your MC from minecraft.net? Is your Java up to date? Are your drivers up to date?

Yes my mc is from minecraft.net and it's totally premium. I just checked java and it's updated, the server isn't with online mode off because the problem persists in all the servers and in single player. I think my drivers are updated but i'm not sure, how can i check it in windows 7 with 32 bits?

What's the server?
All of these things are related.
Some evidence for the language and sound problems should appear in the launcher log tab.
Evidence for the skin problem should appear in the game output tab of the launcher.
You will need to configure your launcher profile to keep the launcher open in order to collect this information

I found a strange texture error message in game output:
Anycase can you specify what should I do to fix at least the sounds? That's the most annoying thing...
It could be one of several things.

Check for RelevantKnowledge, then try the IPv4 fix before trying the winsock reset.
