We are a library subscribing to a BeastNode multi-craft server. We have one patron who we just can't get onto the server. He is using a laptop with Windows 10, and he downloaded the Windows 10 Beta Minecraft software. He has a valid username, but the server won't accept him when I try to whitelist him. He also tried to download the regular PC version of Minecraft, but he can't run it. When he tries, he receives an error message that says "Unable to update Microsoft Native Launcher." Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'd really like to get this patron on our server! I don't know if this is a compatability issue, a Minecraft account or program issue, or a BeastNode issue.
