Initial heap size set to a larger value than the maximum heap size" I use windows 8 and the only problem that i see is that i have 64-bit and 32-bit java is that the problem? Also i have 7 gb of usable RAM so.

This is because you are doing it wrong. Xms must be lower than Xmx. You must be increasing Xms when you want to touch Xmx and DO NOT TOUCH Xmn.

Curse Premiumforce minecraft to use the 64bit java version.
This is because you are doing it wrong. Xms must be lower than Xmx. You must be increasing Xms when you want to touch Xmx and DO NOT TOUCH Xmn.
That's not what the error indicates.
