Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. The new chunks are fine, my base is actually in the last millennium. I tried to just copy it to a recreate of my seed but I wasn't able to get stuff out of or in to my ME system. Maybe I'l just fly far from the chucks that loaded with BoP and set a new world spawn. Thanks again.

Hi. I'm currently running Resonant Rise 3. I started with the Biomes O' Plenty because it sounded good.
Then I seen it added a bunch of useless ore gen and stuff and wasn't to excited about it, so I decided to uninstall it.
Now the world gen that I already had is pretty ugly, floating trees and flowers. trees without leafs etc.
Is there any way to fix this without restarting my world?
No, this can't be fixed without restarting the world.
It was generated with those mods and modded blocks/biomes, and now that it doesn't have them, already-loaded chunks are pretty much screwed.
New chunks should load normally, provided that Biomes O' Plenty doesn't change the base seed.
Or, you could copy over your structures/chests/etc into a new world with MCEdit, so that it's not 100% starting over.
