Could you give some more details? How much fps do you get normally? What graphical setting are you using? Are you currently using mods? If you are using mods have you tried fps boosting mods like Optifine, BetterFPS, and FastCraft (for 1.7.10)?

About 11 fps, FOV: normal,Graphics fast,render chunks 8.
Yes to mods
I'm trying better FPS atn
With just 11 fps you should really get Optifine and tweak the settings, disable particle effects, stars, clouds, swamp colors, and custom sky, set it to Vsync, enable smooth world, fast render and fast math, and set auto save to 30 min. Avoid using resource pack and mods with large numbers of entities (like Mo Creatures and Grimoire of Gaia), allocate 2 GB of memory to Minecraft if you haven't already. Don't play versions 1.8-1.8.6 or 1.9+ as the performance on them is awful 1.8.8-1.8.9 have decent performance for both vanilla and modded, 1.7.10 is slightly better performing (if Fastcraft is installed) and versions such as 1.6.4 and below will generally give better fps.

You might be okay using an older version of Mo Creatures (such as 1.2 or 1.4 as they where smaller) you just want to add as few entities as possible since entities are arguably the most difficult and intensive thing for Minecraft to render. Thankfully your laptop doesn't have Intel integrated graphics or your performance would be even lower. On a side note you should really consider a new laptop as your hardware was considered obsolete nearly 6 years ago. A new cheap laptop ($350-$450) would easily give you 50 fps or better before adjusting settings and using Optifine, if you look for refurbished laptops from Dell or HP (they have outlet stores) you could probably get a good one for little under $300.

Also make sure the only Java you have installed is 64 bit. Is your OS still Vista or have you changed?
