I wanted to know if anyone could help me with a problem I have been having lately on my Minecraft client. I have been playing for a few years now, but have recently run into an in-game loading/rendering issue that has left me stumped. Every so often while I am playing or when I load a new world the game does this thing where it freaks out when trying to load the terrain chunks and instead has a seizure and begins randomly... flashing, for lack of a better term, different chunks in a repeating format. I installed a recording program to get a video of it so you all could check it out for yourself and see what you think.
I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it multiple times, adjusting the graphics, lowering render distance, playing without resource packs, playing with recourse packs... nothing seems to work. This only happens on my laptop.
Hey everyone!
This only happens on my laptop.

if you're using VBO's, try turning them of.
also, 'Chuck loading issue'? why are you loading Chuck in the first place?

lol thanks, but I am not using VBOs. That was one of the first things I turned off after it started happening.

I was able to fix this problem by turning VBOs ON, Vsync OFF and lowering my render distance to around 10-13.
