Since yesterday, the game has been crashing every time she tries to play. Her sister's is working fine. I'm hoping it is a simple fix. My skills extend to setting up and updating the server - that's about it! She said she might have used an inconsistent/outdated mod or something like that.
Thanks in advance.

Hi this is the parent of a young player.

It even says... so ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Thanks for being rude. I can read. I just don't know how to fix it. Some help would be great.
Actually, don't bother. I'll work it out myself.
Probably tell her to get a different resourcepack with less pixels. Maybe something like Faithful 32x32 or 64x64
