I have recently started playing on my friend's modded Minecraft server. It was fine for about 3 months, but over night, I have no idea what happened to my game. Before I would run 10 chunks with max everything else and would have 30-40 frames on the server. But now, no matter what my settings are, I get 1-2 frames, with the occasional 5 frames. I've tried playing in single player with the mod pack installed with the same results. As for Vanila, I get a steady 60 frames constantly in single player and about 30-50 frames on Mineplex. My friend and I honestly have no idea what the issue is. The moc pack currently consists of about 170 mods and he runs it completely fine. I have alsp tried reinstalling Minecraft and the Technic (meaning deleting the .technic folder and the .minecraft folder and running the launchers), but to no avail. My specs are as follows:

Video card: AMD Radeon R7 200 series
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor ~4.2 GHz
Ram: 8G (I allocated 5 to play Minecraft and have tried to reduce that to 3 - no increase in frames)
Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit

Edit: It now works completely fine in single player. I have yet to try try it on my friend's server.
Edit #2: still getting 2 frames on the server. Probably has to do with the server.
