Hi,
Can any kind sole please tell me how I can get OpenGl to work on windows 10.
I have an intel video card on a 64 bit machine
I have found a number of articles from August 2015, and most people seem to say
we have to downgrade to windows 7.
I have tried doing the Intel autodetect driver software but after running it and
trying to install the graphics driver it tells me my machine does not have the
necessary specifications.
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
ok, thanks for that.. It is a desktop that is not actually owned by me. long story. It looks like a graphics card would be the easiest option. I can only afford the cheapest one, any suggestions as to what to look for? It would only be used to play Minecraft on.
And many thanks for your help with this, my 9 year old son is just champing at the bit to be able to play Minecraft.....
