I've been playing on a server since 1.9 came out, and everything was normal until recently.
Using elytra will cause me to get stuck mid air and slowly lag my way down to the ground, comparable to "rubber banding" or going into unloaded chunks.
A similar thing occurs when I stand on path blocks, where my vision locks and I'm unable to move (I have to struggle to get out of the block).
The server is not updated to 1.9.2 yet, but I doubt thats the reason. It also seems I'm the only one affected by this issue on this server.
The issue is only on that server too, as it will not happen when I play single player.

GeForce GTX 960m
Intel Core i5 2.90GHz
8 GB ram (2 dedicated to MC)
Windows 10

Issue resolved. The reason behind it was an anti-cheat (AAC) plugin the server had.
