Just today I purchased Minecraft and it will not run. It crashed after install and threw up a window with a message indicating I need to update my graphics driver. I cannot find a Windows 10 graphics driver for my computer (it had Vista when I bought it and I recently installed Windows 10). Here's a link to the DxDiag: http://paste.ubuntu.com/15594495/
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that Minecraft will run on my computer?
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7 or older, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
OP, contrary to what everyone says, its probably not a driver problem. Uninstall Java and install Java SE Runtime Environment 8u25 instead. Make sure to disable Java Updates with the Java control panel. There is a bug in newer versions of Java that is causing the problem.

the OPs issue IS old hardware, he is running an Intel(R) Q35 Express Chipset Family GPU, that GPU lost support at windows 7, this issue is nothing to do with java, but the fact the GPU is old and outdated and does not have ANY opengl supported drivers for windows 10

Well now seeing as how my Laptop's 1st generation Core-i3-330M with integrated Intel GMA GPU supposedly doesn't have openGL drivers under windows 10 either according to the good folks of this forum. And seeeing as how Minecraft just 2 days ago was giving me the EXACT same error. And seeing as how I can play Minecraft now after downgrading Java to a less broken version. I'm might want to wanna see the results of the OP trying what I suggest before saying he doesn't have any OpenGL drivers...
BTW, I watched an Andy Griffith Marathon yesteday.... It may have affected my wording
Not supported does not mean it doesn't work, it means they wont provide updates.

Your issues is not the exact same problem, early generation i cpus use an intel HD GPU which is partially supported, on windows 10 some of them use a forked windows 8 driver which when using older java's will run minecraft happily, but when java updates this happy union is broken, this maybe java' fault, or intels fault i do not know, but the whole locking java to a version to play is a temporary fix and no full fix is going to come as intel are not supporting (making new drivers) for those GPUs on windows 10.
Now end of this discussion as its hijacking the OPs thread, which has been solved for now untill the OP returns
