I have researched into your problem and haven't had a lot of luck.
It would be nice if the error message said which dependent library it couldn't find, don't you think?
I might suspect your antivirus software. When you launch MC there are some "native" jars that get unpacked to provide native DLLs (libraries) for MC. The AV software might jump on these and scan them, or even remove them as a threat, and this might cause an error similar to this.
Can you try disabling your antivirus' real time / on -access scan ? If you don't know how then you'll have to tell us what antivirus software you have.
