This error started to appear after i started to mod with eclipse on minecraft's 1.8 source code! I was messing with net.minecraft.block! I'm not sure what I can do to fix this it also happen's on 1.8.1-1.8.9 not sure if it doesn't work on 1.9 though!

Sounds like you ed to reinstall Minecraft and update your graphics drivers.
Already updated graphics drivers and cant i just reinstall the versions?
