So I've been trying to start a new minecraft series and I added some new skins. HOWEVER the skins didnt really fit the npc. Like the faces would be on top of the head. I understand that some skins wont work with the older versions and I know how to fix it. I fixed one skin that did the same thing by changing it to 64x32 but that one didnt have much detail. It has alot and I tried changing size but it just did the same thing. I managed to make it work once but the rest of the image was shrug and cut in half so the head worked but the rest was just the color of whatever was cut off. I'm in denial how to get the skin I want so I want to know if there is a way to fix it without having to recreate it myself...
