No. The version of Optifine you have installed has the shaders mod integrated. This crash occurs because you're in effect trying to install the shaders mod, twice.

If you use this solution, you probably only can use shaders mod. You can't install any other mod. You can but it wouldn't work. (Im not sure) So what you do is double click the mod and it will say to install it and u click ok. When its install, it will create a new version of mc and u choose that version and play.
When i use your solution, It doesn't work because when I remove shaders , it's not installed.
You got this crash because you have a version of Optifine with the shaders mod integration installed, along with the shaders mod itself. You're installing the shaders mod twice, effectively. Remove the shaders mod, Optifine has the ability to load shaders just like the mod does.

I know but does it mean I cant use shaders mod?
Oh Nvm, I found a solution to it.
No. The version of Optifine you have installed has the shaders mod integrated. This crash occurs because you're in effect trying to install the shaders mod, twice.

Remove the shader mod. The crash report indirectly tells you the solution.

When i use your solution, It doesn't work because when I remove shaders , it's not installed.

This is not the best solution but yeah..
What do you do after removing shaders mod? because when i remove shaders mod and play minecraft, it only show 2 mods installed . (NOT shaders)
