Usually I have 120 FPS stuck on it (I have max 120), but when I'm placing any block I'm having a lag spike, any clue why? BTW: Its everywhere I place block not specific areas or something.
Hmmmmm that is alot of RAM dedicated to Minecraft but I think you should just have at least 2-3 GB of RAM dedicated to Minecraft if you have a 8GB of RAM on your computer. But if you have 16-32 then you should just have 4GB of RAM. If none of this works then I would say you should get OptiFine.

JVM Arguments: -Xmx26G (Only that)
Thanks!

If that's your only argument wow congrats you've actually made a worse argument than the default in the launcher.
If you're running Java 8 try the following and see if things improve:
So... What so I need to change for it to be max 26? there is MaxNewSize and the o' Xmx. Which one?
No, literally copy and paste that in. Don't modify it at all.
To be honest I don't think this is your main problem. A few other things to check:
If your PC is 64bit make sure that your java version installed is 64bit and not 32bit. This makes a huge difference and it is common for the 32 bit version to get installed if you use the auto detect and install. Make sure to uninstall all older java versions.
Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
Try changing one setting at a time in options such as VBO's, vsync, turning down your view distance etc to see if anything changes for the better (or worse). May give clues as to what could be going on.

26gb RAM.
Who told you that was a good idea?
Set it back to 1. At the max.
Possibly less if you are not using mods or high rez resource packs.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
I've max 32 ram, my friend uses 40GB ram on the minecraft, he got 64 gigs max, and it's fine for him...
