I have the same problem, same error report. Except the user ID and the C:\Users....log file name is obviously different. I have already updated Java. I also uninstalled Minecraft 1.9 and re-installed it. Still get same error. I read somewhere something about downloading Client Jar 1.9, renaming it, and doing something else - but I didn't understand that process.
